There are 4 ways to register for Milton Skating Club programs…

1.   Online:

2.   By Phone: 

Give us a call at 905-878-9311 and leave us a message and a good time to call you back.  We will answer any questions that you may have and complete your registration over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard number.

3.   By Fax: 

You are welcome to complete the Registration Form and fax it to us at 905-878-9342

4.   By Regular Mail:

5.   In Person: 

Completed registration forms can be dropped of at the Milton Skating Club office any time.  We have a registration mailbox outside of our office at the Milton Sports Centre in Rink A.
