Recreational Skating Program Policies
Inclement Weather
In the event of a
severe snowstorm, all Canskate sessions for that day will be cancelled.
A message will be placed on the club phone and web site by 4 P.M. and a
notice will be posted on the doors to the arena. Please DO NOT bring
your child to skate.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued at the
discretion of the board of directors in the form of a credit only. This
credit is non-transferable out of your family (ie/ may be used for a
brother/sister only).
Protective Headgear
All participants in
the Recreational skating program must wear protective headgear at all
times. The coaching staff recommends CSA approved hockey helmets with a
face cage for maximum protection.
Third Child Discount
The 3rd Child in a family is
1/2
price of the lowest
program fee.
Parental
Supervision
Parents are not required to be on the ice during the
recreational skating sessions, however skaters under 11 years must be
supervised by parents at all times.
